After 106 years and four generations, farmer David Freeman has had to stare down the tough reality of shutting his business because of the border closures, reducing trade and uncertainty on the road ahead. But David and his team are bouncing back and Professor Simon Hunter was there to capture the essence of the farms past, present and future.
