ETC is a leading provider of employment, training and business services. Through our Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services contracts we help people in many different situations to overcome their personal challenges. We do this by helping them gain the skills they need to find sustainable employment.
We also assist employers in finding people who are the right fit for their business.
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 6998), ETC works closely with employers to develop innovative training programs that meet industry needs.
Squad Employment, Training & HR
Squad is a non-profit organisation whose purpose is to advance training and employment by operating a Registered Training and Group Training Organisation. They achieve this purpose by finding the right people for the rights jobs, by building skills through training and supporting and mentoring people to be their best.
Squad programs benefit a combination of over 500 employees and students each year in over 50 different vocations in apprenticeships, traineeships, general employment and school-based apprenticeships across both metropolitan and regional areas. Squad believe that an innovative and forward-thinking business with a mindset of happy people are the most productive.
